Ludicrousy. Is the only word I can use to describe the new laws about banning cigarette displays in shops.

If for one second these morons think that people's urge to smoke will be discouraged because they can't physically 'see' the packet of cigarettes then they need checking into a psychiatric ward.
Let people smoke. The government put us through numerous spending cuts, credit crunches, tax increases and then expect people to give up their only stress release in life. If only Mr. Orwell was around to witness his predications coming true.
My nan gets my grandad to go and buy her cigarettes, so she doesn't even witness the displays anyway. Has she given up? NO. Will she ever? NO.
